I'm experiencing an issue with a video

The top fixes we recommend are:

  1. Making sure your browser is up-to-date. You can use this guide to check to see if your browser is up-to-date. 
  2. We recommend using Chrome with the course, as that's what we've used in all of our tests. We can't guarantee that the course will run smoothly on all browsers (like Edge). 
  3. Is your internet connection stable? If it's not, you might experience buffering issues (the video can't buffer the entire way through, causing it to pause on-and-off). Vimeo recommends several fixes for this.
  4. Do you have plugins/extensions installed? Sometimes, these interfere with video playback. Please disable them, restart your browser, and see if that works!
