How do we access the Office Hour calls?

Great question! We use Zoom, which is a video-conferencing software available for free. You can use it on your computer, your phone (as an app), or your actual phone (dial in).

You can access the Office Hours calls via Zoom:

When you enter the call you're automatically muted if you're on the app or computer. If you're on your phone, you may have to mute your actual phone audio.

We ask that you please stay muted unless you're actively participating in the discussion or asking a question. This helps us maintain great audio quality. Background noise distracts everyone. =)

One other note, because video is enabled, your webcam might automatically activate. Zoom should ask for your permission ahead of time, but just in case, on PC, you can click the icon next to the microphone icon and choose "stop video" to disable your webcam.
