What are Office Hours?

Office Hours are what they sound like: a full hour with direct access to Paula. 

The purpose of these calls is to provide clarification around material in the course, and to ask Paula any other real estate-related questions that you have.

As of Fall 2021, Office Hours are structured around certain modules. As long as your question pertains to the module being covered, you're welcome to ask a question. Alumni and new students are both welcome to participate. You always have access to Office Hours - now, and in the future!

Office Hours calls are a great chance to get Paula’s thoughts on your ideas about rental property investing, so if you have a burning question, ask it here!

If you can't make the live Office Hours session, don't worry - we post recordings to the course on this page. We also include a reminder about the recordings in our weekly wrap-up emails.
