How are lessons presented?

Lessons are provided in three ways:

• Video
• Audio
• Transcript

Almost all lessons have these three components. We wanted to make sure the lessons were as accessible as possible. 

(There's one major Renovation lesson which doesn't have video -- it would be an hour long! -- but we have an amazing reference PDF that you can use instead. It's also available as an .mp3 download.) 

Additionally, the rest of our support, like Office Hours, has both video and audio. Whenever it makes sense, we give the option for both!
