How much is tuition?

As of Fall 2021, tuition for Your First Rental Property is $1,297 (you can choose a six-payment option -- six payments of $249 each). Tuition will never decrease past this point. 

If you know real estate investing is something you're interested in and you want to be prepared, we recommend enrolling now. You get lifetime access and you're always welcome to re-experience the course with future cohorts, so you don't miss out on anything by enrolling now. 

On the other hand, if you don't enroll now, and a seemingly good property comes along between this cohort and the next time we open for enrollment, you won't have this material to help you to decide whether or not it's worth buying. 

Note: we DO NOT recommend enrolling if this causes you financial hardship. Please pay off any high-interest debt first and have an emergency fund in place, before enrolling. We have a lot of great podcasts and articles about real estate investing that you can check out for free instead.
