What if I don't live in the United States?

We've had many international students in the course who had a fantastic experience learning the fundamentals of real estate investing. If you're international and you want to learn the principles behind analyzing deals and becoming an intelligent real estate investor, this course will help you. 

But if you're looking for specifics about taxes or financing, we can't help. We can't tell you how to hire a contractor in Malaysia, and we don't know the specifics about banking or financing in Russia. However, what we cover at a high level, you can apply anywhere.
