How many students buy their first rental after going through the course?

We have a huge success rate -- 48.18 percent of our students went on to buy at least one rental property after enrolling in the course, according to our most recent survey.

Many of our other students are continuing to save for a down payment or otherwise prepare financially for buying their first property.

In addition, buying the right property is crucial to this process. Rushing to buy a property just for the sake of having one goes against everything I teach in the course.

Getting spared from buying the wrong property is as important — if not more important — than buying the right one.
