Sure!


  • Office Hours take place 3 times per cohort. These calls are held on different days, to accommodate varying schedules, and these calls are where you get direct access to Paula. Our course is all about group coaching, so you'll be on a call with other students as well as Paula. She takes as many questions as she can from students in a one-hour timeframe. These calls are recorded and posted to the course so you can review them later.
  • Study Halls happen weekly - every Thursday. During Study Hall, our Teacher's Assistant will review specific resources to show you how to get the most out of them. We've designed a lot of helpful resources to make your life as an investor easier, and we like taking the opportunity to highlight these resources and help you think deeper about critical concepts in the course.
  • Active Investor Masterminds happen every-other-Tuesday. These calls are for students who are making offers on properties, going under contract, ordering inspections, renovating, or screening tenants. We know real estate can be an isolating experience, and we created these calls to help you bounce ideas off of other investors, ask questions, give feedback, etc.
  • Forum: Our forum has tons of features. You can direct message other students, receive daily, weekly, or monthly summaries of forum activity so you never miss anything, connect and meet up with other investors in your area, and so much more. Our Teacher's Assistants hang out on the forums and respond to questions within 24-48 hours. It's a fantastic place to broaden your investment horizons and read through a variety of perspectives. 
  • Administrative Support: We have a dedicated team who wants to help you succeed. When you reach out to us, you'll receive a response within 24 hours during Monday through Friday. We're always happy to help!
