How can we ask questions during Office Hours?

Paula takes any questions asked verbally on the call. Don't be shy, but please be courteous and only ask one brief question at a time. If you're in doubt, you can always ask if it's okay to ask a question. =)

Since Paula is responding to questions and thinking deeply, she doesn't always see questions posed in chat. Your best bet is to ask your question verbally.
