The course is loading too slowly

We're really sorry you’re running into slow load times. We’re aware that the site has been a bit sluggish for some students, and our team is actively working on improving performance as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, here are a few things that can sometimes help things run more smoothly on your end (totally optional, just in case they help in the short term):

  • Trying a different browser (Chrome tends to work best)
  • Opening the lesson in an incognito/private window
  • Clearing your browser cache
  • Switching to a different device or internet connection, if available

That said, this isn’t something you should have to troubleshoot—we’re working on our side to get this fully resolved.
