Do you offer discounts?

We do not. There are no discounts or coupons associated with Your First Rental Property. Our current tuition is $1,297 for one year of access, or $1,597 for lifetime access.

We also offer payment plans if you’d rather spread out your tuition:

-Six payments of $249 for one year of access

-Six payments of $299 for lifetime access

Please note that choosing a payment plan results in a higher overall tuition than paying in full.
