Do you offer discounts?

We do not. There are no discounts or coupons associated with Your First Rental Property.

Our current tuition is $1,297, and tuition will only increase from here as we add more and more resources to the course. (You get lifetime access, which means you get access to any updates we make in the future.)

We offer payment plans if you'd rather pay that way! Our current payment plan is six payments of $249. Please note that choosing a payment plan results in a higher tuition than paying in full.
